Q   It is safe to use my credit card to make a purchase with you?
A    Absolutely. All credit/debit card transactions are handled through Paypal. We do not have access to or hold any records of your card details.

 
Q   How long will it take to receive my purchase?
A   We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of order confirmation. However some orders may have delayed dispatch times due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive an estimated dispatch time email and a dispatch confirmation email and be kept fully informed ot your order process.

 
Q   Can I specify next day delivery?
A   Certainly. We offer a range of extra delivery services. Please contact us with specific requirements.

 
Q   I do not live in the UK, can I still buy from your site?
A    Sure, no problem. We deliver worldwide.

 
Q   How much to you charge for International delivery?
A    Please contact us for a specific quote.

 
Q   Do you have a 'real' shop I can visit?
A    No. We retail through our online sites only. This allows us to keep costs to a minimum which in turn gives us the ability to offer such great value prices.

 
Q   Do your Swarovski products come with Swarovski branded boxes and certificates?
A    No. Our custom made bespoke products feature authentic Swarovski crystal components and solid precious metal fittings. We do not stock Swarovski crystal factory produced ready made lines.

 
Q   Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases?
A    Yes. Please contact us with your requirements.

 
Q   Can you offer a matching package for my bridesmaids?
A    Yes. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

 
Q   Do you have an exchange/returns policy?
A   Yes. We offer a no-quibble exchange/ refund/return policy. Please note: our exchange/returns policy does not apply to our bespoke made-to-order items, such as our titanium and zirconium rings. These items are custom made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold buy us, we therefore cannot accept returns on bespoke items.
