Nice price this for anyone looking to visit Turkey on a budget.
Bit of a workaround really, just booking a few things separately, accommodation and car hire prices are practically fixed - flights might vary by airport (not too much - so if you live in Manchester do that), but using Luton as an example.
You'd be staying at the well rated 3*
Sun City Apartments & Hotel. (4* Tripadvisor)
Flights are with EasyJet (hand luggage, should be enough for 4nts) - however, for £30 more each way you could bring a suitcase.
Lastly, transfers is booked via Holiday Extras.

Side is a resort town on Turkey’s southern Mediterranean coast. An ancient port city, it's known for long beaches and Greco-Roman ruins. In the center are the remains of the 2nd-century Antique Theater, which seated up to 15,000. The white marble columns of the Hellenistic Temple of Athena stand near the harbor. Other sites are sprinkled throughout, with finds housed at the Side Museum, a restored Roman bath complex. ― Google
