We will exchange or refund your order if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, provided that you return the goods to us via the original outbound Royal Mail delivery service, in the condition in which they were dispatched and within 30 days of receipt.

Made to order and personalised items are exempt from this policy, it is therefore important to give us the correct size and customisation information at the time of order. For our high value items (£750.00+), the following apply:

1. Goods must be returned in the perfect condition in which they were dispatched.
2. You must inform us of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt.
3. Return must be made via the original delivery/insurance service at your expense.
4. Full refund including original postage, will be made on receipt and verification of item condition within 30 days.
5. Made to order and personalised pieces are exempt from this policy - please ask at time of order. Please note: our bespoke made titanium and zirconium rings are made to your specific custom order requirements, we are not able to accept returns on these items.
6. Whitewolf Jewellery cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged in return transit but we will endeavour to ensure our customer's complete satisfaction.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. You will be issued with a full refund including postage fees on the condition that your cancellation notice is received before the time of dispatch, For orders cancelled after dispatch our standard returns policy applies.If goods are exchanged, the exchanged goods are then not subject to our exchange/refund policy.

Damaged/Defective Goods:

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure all dispatched goods leave us in perfect condition, should you receive a damaged/defective item a full refund or exchange will be offered provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
