All goods and services are supplied in accordance with the following terms and conditions. By using the Whitewolf Jewellery website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
The Whitewolf Jewellery website, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. If you access this site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with allapplicable local laws and taxes etc.

When you click on the 'Confirm order' button, within the checkout area, you are confirming your intention to submit your order and offering to buy goods at the price stated and confiming your understanding and willingness to be subject to our terms and conditions.

A binding contract is formed only when you receive our order confirmation email,which constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch most orders within 48hrs of order confirmation. We supply details of the dipatch date for all orders via email,once the order confirmation has been sent. In the event of an order being subject to delay, we will supply an estimated dispatch date for approval. Customers may cancel orders at any time prior to dispatch.
 
All goods remain the property of Whitewolf Jewellery until full payment has been received.

Free Delivery:

We offer free delivery on all UK and International orders with a value of  £50.00 and over. Other optional delivery services and Insurance are available at extra cost. Please enquire in realtion to your specific order sales@whitewolfjewellery.co.uk
 

Refund and Return:

No quibble refund and return 30 Day Refund & Return Policy:

We will exchange or refund your order if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, provided that you return the goods to us via Royal Mail recorded delivery, in the condition in which they were dispatched and within 30 days of receipt. Please let us know you intend to return your item, within 7 days or receipt.

Refunds will be made upon receipt and verification of item condition within 30 days. Made to order and personalised items are exempt from this policy, it is therefore important to give us the correct size and customisation information at the time of order. If you require further information on your specific item, please contact us for clarification at time of order.

For our high value items (£750.00+), the following apply:

• 1. Goods must be returned in the perfect condition in which they were dispatched.
• 2. You must inform us of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt.
• 3. Return must be made via the original delivery/insurance service at your expense.
• 4. Full refund including original postage, will be made on receipt and verification of item condition within 30 days.
• 5. Made to order and personalised pieces are exempt from this policy - please ask at time of order.
• 6. Whitewolf Jewellery cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged in return transit but we will endeavour to ensure our customer's complete satisfaction.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. You will be issued with a full refund including postage fees on the condition that your cancellation notice is received before the time of dispatch, For orders cancelled after dispatch our standard returns policy applies.If goods are exchanged, the exchanged goods are then not subject to our exchange/refund policy.

Damaged/Defective Goods:

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure all dispatched goods leave us in perfect condition, should you receive a damaged/defective item a full refund or exchange will be offered provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
